I was surfing the forums and thought you all might get a little laugh at what it is like to use large logs to cook with

LINCOLN COUNTY FAIR WAS A BLAST WE WERE WORN OUT BY THE TIME IT WAS OVER BUT WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY,WE FINISHED 11TH WITH RIBS,11TH WITH CHICKEN 1ST WITH PULLED PORK AND 4TH WITH BRISKET BY THE TIME I WAS PUTTIN RIBS AND CHICKEN ON I WAS REAL TIRED I LEFT FRIDAY NIGHT HOPIN TO GO TO OUR ROOM AND GET SOME SLEEP BUT AS IT TURNS OUT GOT ONLY 2 1/2 HOURS.I HAD SOMEBODY I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO HELP BUT TURNS OUT HE DIDNT GET ANY SLEEP SO I COULDNT TAKE A CHANCE ON HIM FALLIN ASLEEP.IF ID BEEN FRESH WHEN RIBS AND CHICKEN WENT ON ID FINISHED BETTER WITH EM BUT HECK I EVEN FORGOT WHAT TIME I PUT EM ON SO ON AND SO ON BUT ANYWAY HERES SOME PICS HOPE YOUNS ENJOY EM
