Has anyone ordered or had problems with above? The offer free shipping but they don't return any email or phone messages. I had ordered fec-100 from them last week in remarks I put do not ship until I get info on if I could get free shipping on pellets as well. They sent one answer said yes I could but pellets are not on their website and they would not return any messages to get detail on pellets so I could order. They also did not return my messages when I was trying to cancel the order. Had to call cookshack to get the order canceled.
