I will never deal with this firm again. Took a month to get my smokette stand and cart, and they charged my credit card the day of the order! When I inquired about the status of my order after 2 weeks I got a snippy reply that if I had read their web site I would have seen that it might take up to 4 weeks to ship, some nonsense about the manufacturer and then a distribution center. My guess would be they do not have credit and need to pay in advance.
Now for some praise, to who else but Cookshack. I have a 5 year old 008. Couldn't see how to bolt it to the stand. One 2 minute phone call and probelm solved, they are sending me a mounting kit for older 008's. They really are the greatest people to deal with.
