AMFE Smoker

I ran across a commercial smoker that appears to be an AMFE brand. I'm wondering if anyone has heard of it. It is wired for 3phase power and the guy who has it wants to change to regular 220. So far he has not been able to find the company.

Nope, never heard of it. I did a search and found one reference to a "smoker cabinet"

for me, don't buy the crap they sell to restaurants as "commercial smoker cabinets" to make fake Q (pressure treated, little smoke, etc)

Still with a smoker you can FIND in google.
