I need to get my head checked. Just ordered FEC 100 number three. This will make a model from each different Cookshack version. One with the straight auger, one with the ramp, and one with the IQ4. I was originally going to sell the ramp model but I think we will use it to help when we do catering. I also thought about the FEC300 but I like the flexibility of the FEC100 in competitions. I just hope it gets here before Rio Rancho.

I got to cook on the IQ4 down in Houston and it's a awesome cooker Mark. You'll love it. The controls are easy to use and the pit stays at the temp that you set it for. It might move 2 degrees... Which is pretty consistent for cooking comp bbq. And we are all looking for consistency and when you don't need to worry about your pit, it allows us to worry about other things!!! Like greens!!! ;-)
