I am in the process of designing a "porch type" Comp trailer.
Several brands of smokers can be mounted in the back wall so the cooker is out back with just the front face and door inside the kitchen area.

Anyone do this with a FEC 300 or 500?

I'll talk to Stuart next week--just curious about user's experience (if any) for now.
