I thought I would give you all a quick view into last weeks taping of the OLN show. The network is changing name to VERSUS. There were 18 competitors invited to cook in a tourament style series, winner take all. We cooked 3 carigories, 2 that you knew of before hand and 1 that was a surprise. The taping was done in front of a live audiance. It took a little over 3 hours to tape the show, We started cooking the long cook earlier in the day. Then we had a short cook that was about 2 1/2 hrs and the final mystery catigorie that you were givin 1 hr and 20 min to prepare. This program will be great. I think that they have hit on a format that will be entertaining and bring huge audiances to them. I can't give out much more then that. I'll inform everyone when it airs.
