This may have been posted here before, I just dont know, but for whatever its worth and whether it is worth the investment is yet to be known, some guy is selling DVD's on Ebay for running a barbecue concession business.

May help somebody (and that might be only the guy who is selling the DVDs), but according to the many reviews and responses the DVD is professional quality and no negative comments.
