I would like to share the fact I`m going to set three big beef bones on the cooker for a late afternoon snack.
Marinated the ribs in a store bought steak sauce marinade chock full of cracked pepper.
Also gave them a very light dusting of CS Brisket rub for fun.
Set the cooker to 250º and there is still sits after an hour and a half so far.
I must say, the aroma is off the chain, its incredible.
I`ll post a finished pic when its done.
