Hey Gang,
Finally nearing the end of construction and changing gears and trying to work out my prep. I know I want to have brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage but I wonder how much of each to prepare every day. 50% brisket, 30% ribs, 10% pulled pork, 10% sausage, etc.?
Do you guys find a pretty consistent ratio over the years (different ratio for different time of the years even)?
