Business plan and cost of start up?

Anyone with BBQ restaurant experience who would care to visit, please contact via my email address. My interest runs along the less costly side for the lease holds, and a menu that is simple and has a buffet, and smallish seating capacity, and good carryout facilities. Might want to price the buffet by the pound. Thank you. Carson
