Of course we have our business name in the header position. This works well for us.

Note: First count due ten (10) days prior to date of event. Final count due three (3) days prior to date of event.
1. 50% deposit is required at time of booking
2. Balance (final payment) due day of event
3. 6% PA Sales Tax added to all sales
4. 15 % service charge / gratuity will be added to bill
5. Customer will be charged for final count number, not number served, unless number served is higher than final count number.
6. Any and all returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 charge.
7. Any cancellation notice given more than thirty (30) days prior to event will receive a 50% refund.
8. Any cancellation notice given less than thirty (30) days prior to event makes deposit non-refundable.
9. All Pennsylvania Posse catering is buffet style.
Pennsylvania Posse Catering provides the following:
� All paper supplies and utensils
� All condiments
� All servers
Pennsylvania Posse Catering DOES NOT provide the following:
� Alcoholic beverages or Bartenders
� Clear or bus tables
� Putting up or taking down of decorations
