I cooked the chicken kabobs on the direct side at 200 to 225 degrees for 15 minutes and then I put them on the indirect side for 45 minutes at 400 to 425 degrees. I used lemon pepper, garlic salt, italian seasoning & italian dressing. The chicken turned out great. Very tender. I also used bell peppers, onion, mushrooms & cherry tomatos. This was very tasty.
