How often is everyone cleaning the cooker and what parts are you cleaning?

Wiping Walls down?
Grates?

I am using foil on the bottom, the pan that angles the grease into the pan, and the grease pan. So, they are clean after each cook.

I foil the same areas. The only thing I've cleaned so far are the racks. I clean them every time. I'm not going to clean the walls until they're dripping. Eddy says even then, just take a plastic putty knife and scrape down the walls. Don't WASH them. You worked too hard to get them that way.

Evets,
Just the racks,foil on drip areas,dump drain pan and use a small tank vac for the ash and burner area.
