Cleaning out bottom of FEC120

We forgot to put foil in the last time we cooked and you can only imagine what the bottom of the unit looks like. Is there a product out there that anyone recommends I use to get the build up off.

ZEP De-Greaser works great.
You can get it at Home Depot or Loews.

I am assuming you can rinse the area with water.

We've used Grease Lightning a lot. Rod Gray-Pellet Envy got us onto it.
Isn't the "learning curve" fun?

Hey, it's a smoker, not a plate you eat off of.

Just take a scraper, get the gunk off and put a layer of foil down.

I rarely use degreaser in mine, I just try to keep the racks really clean.

I use Greased Lightneing on about everything... Works great cleaning all my pits.

Also works great on shoes with "bbq stains"... spray it on and let it soak in for a bit then into the washer.
