commercial kitchen supply store today

I was at the commercial kitchen supply store today and came across a old model 250. can any one give me some info on this unit it was made back in 1994 or should I just go with a fec150?

It depends on the condition of the smoker entirely. It's kind of like a car -- was it driven only by a little old lady on Sundays, or was it driven by a bunch of teen-age partiers?

Hi, benje,
Cookshack offers reconditioned units. I'm not sure what they have available, if they have a 250 or not. But we've been very happy with the reconditioned 150 we purchased.
