Cookshack Features Chef Frank Terranova at 2005 NRA Show

Frank Terranova is a longtime friend of Cookshack. For the past several years he has prepared smoked foods dishes in our booth at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. He has visited our plant in Ponca City several times, and has taught classes for our Distributor Sales Representatives. We think he is a great guy. Tell Frank he still owes me the recipe from his AMAZING Bread pudding he entered in the American Royal. I emailed him and never heard back.

Good guy, had fun at the Royal meeting him and his wife -- tell them I'm the Chimay Guy...they'll know.
