Fec120 butt capacity

How many butts can you cook in a FEC120? I need to cook 16 butts 2 nights in a row.

It spect out at 160 lbs of butts.

I know. But how many 8-9# butts fit without crowding? Would 4per rack impede the cook? Thanks.

Best advice I can give you is to trial fit them wrapped leaving some room around them so they all get smoked. I do not have the FEC grade smoker but the specs say the shelves are 17 X 23 so you should be able to fit 4 per rack. Spacing is less than 5 inches between racks so you will have to do some trial fitting.
