Visitors to the Cookshack Exhibit at the Northwest Foodservice Show 2007, Oregon Convention Center, Portland, April 1 – 2, 2007 will meet with Cookshack barbecue experts to learn how authentic pit barbecue from a Cookshack or Fast Eddy's by Cookshack smoker oven can benefit their businesses.
