Cookshack Parts prices are high

It used to be, a while back, that CS monitored this forum at least occasionally, and responded directly to some posts. Not sure this is true anymore, but there have been at least a couple of threads recently complaining about CS prices for replacement parts. It seems someone at CS should be monitoring the forum and replying when it suits CS's interests (i.e., customer service) to do so. Also, when Smokin' Okie was the forum moderator, he apparently had a connection to CS and could get "official" answers to questions or complaints on occasion. Guess things change...

Yeah, I am a little disappointed after spending so much money with this company on smokers, accessories, and rubs. The support guy was like here is the part number you can order it off the website (which you can't by the way) and hung up. I honestly figured they would delete the post.
