cookshack smokers and zippo lighters

I've said it before and I'll say it again the only companies that support their customers is cookshack and zippo!!!!!!!
any time i have had a problem (and those were of my making) both companies helped me out no questions asked!!!!!!
thats why when people ask me why i have a cookshack i tell them customer service!!!!!! add to that a great product line and you can't lose!!!
now if cookshack would just come out with a zippo lighter i would be in hog heaven
