Three years later and I will confess. I did get a Bradley. Kind of ironic, but just this weekend I sold it in a garage sale cause it basically just fell apart over three years. I junked it cause I decided to step up and do what I should have in the first place - get a Cookshack. So, Amerique, here I come just as soon as I can find the best price on a unit for Father's Day!

Get the Cookshack. The Bradley made decent Q, but for me the fragility of the unit plus just keeping up with making sure I had enough of the wood preformed disks it uses was enough to push me over the edge. Forget the cost of the wood which was, as everyone has mentioned, expensive.
