BBQMann,

Here are a few of the differences with the Cookshack 260 and the Southern Pride 200.

The Cookshack 260 has almost twice as much capicaty than the SC200.

The SC200 uses 2 heating elements. On in the top of the unit to cook the food and one in the bottom to burn the wood. The SC200 has a fan in the top to blow the hot air down into the unit. The 260 uses the same heating element to cook the food as it does to burn the wood. The 260 has no fans to dry the food.

The SC200 uses a standard cook and hold cooking device. The 260 has a custom cook and hold control that monitors the temperature in the oven constantly and keeps the unit closer to set point when small amounts of food are being cooked.

The SC200 requires fire protection in the hood system, while the 260 doesn't not create grease ladden air and does not need fire protection.

Those are a few of the differences, give me a call if you have any questions I didn't answer.
