I am going to get a Cook Shack. But don't know if I am going to get the SM055, or a SM009 Smokette. I love them both.

I would say, in a rough informal survey, that almost all owners who bought a Smokette, wished they'd bought a larger 50/55. They have such good success with the CS, they just end up smokin' more and more and more and the neighbors bring stuff over and so on.
Usually it comes down to the price difference between the two.

I have had my smokette about three weeks now, and I still don't know if it is big enough or not. But we have more or less decided to keep it anyway, it will cook enough for the family and some guests, however If I were "entertaining several couples and children" I would want a larger oven. Hope this helps.

Other then price and looks, is there any difference between the Stainless Steel model and the Black Model. I am ordering on Monday.

I opted for the stainless model since my unit stays on the back porch, under a patio cover, to me looks better and easier to keep clean, I had thought about a cabinet for the non stainless model but decided against that due to the smoke and heat.
