I noticed a lengthening of cook times, especially on the brisket. Placed two oven therms on rack rail above CS therm. Both read the same, 30 degrees below the reading on the CS digital readout. Moved them to different locations and continued to get same readings on my therms, yet dramatically different on the digital. I have cleaned the probe and it seems pretty clean, though I'm sure some carbon is still on the top just below the shield. Is it as obvious as a probe replacement?
