This could be your chance! I don't know these people, or have any financial interest in this at all, but I have been in this diner and it looks exactly as shown, NEW. I don't know what they were thinking putting it where they did, but my guess is that there is still room to negotiate. Throw in a couple of smokers, an exterior walk-in, and you've got yourself a restaurant.

I'm not saying it's a good idea, but it would get you one step closer to meeting Guy Fieri.
