I posted a question about sausages yesterday and had 3 or 4 responses. These responses were most informative and helpful. The post is gone now.

Since originally posting the above, it's been pointed out that I posted the sausage question in the Open Forum. (DOH!)..... dchem

Nope, you didn't loose you mind. I moved it. The Owners area is for those with specific questions about operating a Cookshack Smoker.

As the header states:
