Does anyone have a commercial cookshack for sale in the midwest

A couple suggestions,that might help.

Call CS sales and ask them about rehabed/warranteed models,from folks that may trade up.

Also google bbqforum and check the page top for sales/equipment wanted.

i seen one on craigslist, under general. this was in the tulsa area, it said only 6 month's old, held 200 #'s of meat. comes with a vent-a-hood.good deal for someone.$3500.

Sounds like a 260 and they are fine workhorses.
