Well, I just want to thank the people at Cookshack for having invented this wonderful piece of equipment and for having made it available to the public, (me). Did a couple of racks of back ribs today, and after eating them, my natural urge is to go forth and spread the word amongst the heathen, COOKSHACK IS GOD!
225 degrees for 3 hours, paint, one more hour and onto the plate. Poetry.
