Door problems

The door on my FEC 100 was damaged in shipping. I received the new door Thursday. Tried installing it today and found it was built wrong. The drawing I sent them and the drawing attached to the new door were correct, The only problem was the lower hinge is in the wrong place by almost 2 inches. Looks like another call to Cookshack and another week without my new toy. BUMMER
