I have noticed during the last two cooks that the drip tray warped during the cooking cycle. It got so bad the last time that I was unable to remove the bottom rack without first removing the drip tray. The warping occurs at the back left side, as you are looking at the inside of the smoker. I am foiling both sides of the tray and also the baffle unit over the firebox. Could this be causing the warping? Has anyone else had this problem and what are you doing to resolve it?
I am concerned about this problem as it may allow grease to get down closer to the firebox and I constantly worry about grease fires.
