If you haven't already done so, I would be very careful about installing a gasket. My FE100 was built the sametime as EW's and I'm having an expansion problem which prevents the shelves from sliding out when the unit heats up. They catch on the metal trim which holds the gasket in place.

same issue as fred, but once it cools down they come right out
I solved this problem today while i was cooking ribs. If you place the racks into the slide channel shelve on one side only leaving the other side sitting on top of the slide shelve You will be able to lift on a bit of an angle & pull straight out.
