Due to such high demand, we have decided to hold another restaurant/catering cooking class. This class will be held at the Ponca City Country Club in Ponca City, OK on Monday-Tuesday, October 11-12th, 2010.

The cost of this class is $750.00. This includes hotel accommodations on Monday and Tuesday nights; lunch and dinner on Monday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday; all cooking supplies and meat; tour of Cookshack manufacturing facility; and a Fast Eddy’s tote bag filled with the following: monogrammed Fast Eddy’s by Cookshack class apron, Cookshack Barbecue Sauces (Mild & Spicy), Cookshack RibRub, Cookshack Brisket Rub, Cookshack Spicy Chicken Rub, Fast Eddy’s Championship Seasoning, Butcher’s Pork Injection, Butcher’s Beef Injection, Taylor TruTemp thermometer, chef's knife, binder with class recipes and blank paper and pen for taking notes, tongs, fork, and pastry brush.

This is an intensive hands-on class. This class will be taught by Cookshack President/CEO, Stuart Powell, Ed “Fast Eddy” Maurin, and David Bouska (Butcher BBQ Team.) They will be teaching competition cooking techniques that you can utilize in your restaurant or catering business that will have your customers wanting more and more of your championship quality smoked foods. There will be sessions on smoke-cooking, grilling, holding, re-thermalization/re-heating, setting up a buffet, plating and presentation, etc.

Registration is now open to the public. The class will be filled on a first come, first served basis, and space is very limited.
