It's that time of year again. We had a great time at last year's class and now it's your chance to learn from your forum friends.
Learn from BBQ Pitmaster TV Show Finalist David Bouska and Legendary Pit Master “Fast Eddy” Maurin! Cookshack is offering a hands on two day cooking class for restaurateurs and caterers. We focus on raising your profitability by teaching you about meat cuts, re-thermalization, and waste reduction. Class will be held July 21st & 22nd, 2014 in Ponca City, OK.

Went last year, awesome time, met great people, visit to Head Country was excellent. Tremendous amount of valuable information. Was very surprised at the number of people that flew in from around the world. Would come again this year if I wasn't opening a new restaurant.
