FE Braves the MadCow, the Pig and Europe!!

Just to let you all know that Ed and Kathy managed to survive a European trip to help us sell Cookshack and Pellet Smokers over here in the UK!! They sufferred 2 traumatic weeks at our farm in darkest Kent, subjected to the tantrums of a MadCow and a reluctant Pig. This was followed by 3 days in deepest Wales sorting out the intricasies of pellets (where Ed informed the Welsh that eating American BBQ could pose a problem ... it is addictive)!!!

This in turn was followed by 2 days in Paris at the hands of a bunch of Frogs and one day in a quieter than usual tourist London! In between times, we put them to work on all occasions at local farmers markets and meeting sceptical UK BBQers!!

All in all, a very successful trip from our point of view and we trust a great time was had by them! We attach a few photo's of our time at the Kent Show (similar to one of your State Fairs with a gate of over 100,000 over 3 days), where we demonstrated US BBQ, vs British grilling and received a great reception (although the bit about Ed liking to rub his meat was totally misunderstood by the audience ... not quite sure why, but there ya go)!!!
