My question about the max temp setting was in case there is a need to bake corn bread.
I use my SM150 for catering and starting to need a second commercial NSF smoker, since I have been getting asked to do larger groups.
But not sure if I should add another SM150 or go for the FEC100.
If im ever going to enter a bbq comp the FEC100 would be a must have.
I cooked on a FEC100 back in December 2005 at the Cookshack class.
