I recently purchased and FEC120! I love this unit and had trouble with the unit receiving to many pellets and causing the latch to blow open due to an over abundance of pressure. Tony at Cookshack fixed it immediately and took care of the problem. They are great in Ponca City and I appreciate them keeping me in business. If anyone is thinking of starting a bbq business with this cooker, I would highly recommend it. For very little cost with consistent cooking it was exactly what we needed, being new in the business.
