FEC-120: Pellet Ramp too high

Hi All,

I have a new to me FEC-120. The ramp for the pellets is about an inch or so above the fire pot. This causes about 20% of the pellets to miss the fire pot. Any suggestions to make it lower? I tried to push it down, but it just goes back up.
