They don't tell the marketing director about new products. :-) Actually, I saw a price list for the FEC500 last week, so I think if you call 1-800-423-0698 John is prepared to sell you one. Here is what the price list says:

The new model numbers refer to pound capacity: FEC750 does 750 lbs., FEC500 does 500 lbs. The FEC500 looks just about perfect for a professional competition cook who also does catering.
