FEC-500 in the Weather

I just got the 500 and would like to know if you get caught in the rain with the pellet cookers. I have the FEC-100 and always used it inside or in good weather and transport it in an enclosed trailer. Now the 500 is on its own trailer and may be in the elements from time to time. Any Ideas or commets are welcome

I have the fe750 and i've cooked in the rain and a blizzard and below zero conditions and it's purred like a kitten If they mounted it on a trailer I'm sure you have the outdoor switches
