Congrats to both of you.

I will use a piece of 18" foil and cover the grease slide. I will put a couple pieces together and cover the bottom of the smoker.

I will use a aluminium full pan serving tray to line the grease pan, that way when its 2/3rds full I can lift it out and throw away. Easy clean up!

Make sure you vacuum the pot out EVERY time and put in a handful of pellets when you are starting the smoker.

Make sure the cooker is level.

Keep smoker clean of grease after each use.

Don't forget to put time on the cook time, or it will go to hold after 3 hrs.
