FEC not working - Help

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having. A few things you can check:
G.F.I. reset...did it trip?
Make sure the stainless steel button on the back left side of your pellet hopper is fully depressed when the lid is down and latched.
There's a reset button in your IQ4 controller. It may need to be reset. More info and a picture showing the location of the button may be found HERE

So, you got a fire?

If yes, were pellets feeding?

Were the fans running?

Did you test it before you bought it and was it running at temp then?

The first culprit to me would be the ignitor is bad. You don't have to have an ignitor. I've manually started them before with one of the stick starters, starter gel or even a hand blow torch. Get a good fire going in the pot then turn it on. Maybe a good hanful.

Watch the items above to see if they're working (augar and fans)

I'm in Des Moines Andy and can give you a hand if you like. But I think you'll find it to be one of the suggestions above. My guess .. GFI or you have broke an auger pin and its not getting pellets.
