fec use in restaraunt

does anyone use an fec 100 for a small operation. my question is do you need an exhaust hood and fire suppression. my hd person would let me use an ole hickory cto but she was not familar with an fec. thanks, jeff.

Depends on the HD, I know of both situations. You might also contact Stuart/CS direct and talk with them, they may have some specific cases with customers you could use as reference for your HD.

Tell them it's UL/NSF rated so it's safe.

You might have to contact the fire marshall since there is a fire inside.
