FEC100 vs Traeger150's

I have been using the 150's for 10 years and have them down pretty well. Now that I am getting the FEC's I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has made the conversion? If so, anything special that is different in the cooking and times etc.? Also I have never been a fan of the auto start, I always use the blue gel, can you still use this on the fec ?
Three weeks and counting, still haven't told the wife yet
