Finding Replacement Parts

I need a new control panel for my cookshack fec100 now. I have no good way of procuring parts. Help

Call Cookshack ASAP! Their customer service is the best!! If you call early tommorrow, I'm sure they would get the part out that day. If you need it by this weekend, you could pay 2nd day shippng and have it Friday! Good Luck!!

Did you call CS and did they help?

Almost 100% of the replacements have to come from CS. An auger pin or fuse might be the only items they don't have to go to.

They might have some out with distributors, but I don't know the specific answer for that who does/doesn't have parts.
