WHILE MY FEC100 WERE NEW THEY DID FINE, AND I CLEAN THEM OUT EACH TIME I USE THEM AND SUCK ALL THE ASHES OUT OF THE FIRE POT WHEN IM DONE BUT LATLEY IT DOESNT LITE I HAVE TO MANUALLY LITE THE DARN THINGS....ANY ADVICE???

There have been discussions that there are problems with the igniters that Traeger uses.
It appears to be pretty common to most folks.
Most seem to be using green gel and lighting them ,like you are.

Do you run it for 3 min. turn it off and then back on?
With the new (old) controller, if I clean out the firepot, I have to run the auger for 3 min to put enough pellets to ignite.
What's happening is the igniter is going off after 3 min and there aren't enough pellets to ignite.
Try that and see if it works. Does for me.
