I have sent Jerky to Iraq, Quatar, and Afganistan.

HINT--on the customs form, list it as "snacks", not "Jerky" if you do not want to feed the custom's folks.

Thanks!,I used eye of the round and when it was about half frozen, I practiced my brisket slicing skills(1/4"), length ways.Then split the pieces in half. I used Hi mountain cure(hickory flavor) and used Trucky's 170-180* smoking method.
