This is my first set of ribs on the FEPG. Total weight 6 lbs. I pulled off membrane & put the rub on the ribs and waited for 1 hour before putting on grill. I set the temp at 225 and set a timer for 2 hours. At 2 hours I opened the grill for the first time. I rotated the ribs and put apple juice on them. An hour later I applied apple juice again & rotated. Cooked for another hour & the ribs were ready. Total cook time was 4 hours. Once I took them off the grill I foiled them for 30 minutes before we ate them. These ribs turned out so good. They were very moist & had a great smoke flavor. One thing that I will do is play with some different rubs. The rub I chose had a little bit of a sweet taste.
