I just sold my 8 year old FEC100 (sniffle!)because of a need to downsize. I don't want to stop smoking. I love doing ribs and pulled pork. I want to stay with CookShack. I'm no longer cooking a ton of food, but would like to be able to do 5 or six racks of St. Louis cut ribs or 2-4 pork shoulders at a time. I've not seen the residential units up close. Which one would you most recommend and why? Thanks.
