Garlic Pepper???

Lots of ingredients are something they have local.

Post a link to his post and we might help figure out something.

I know spice barn has it. I use Penzey's a lot but they don't have it all

I basically do that. Layer a lot of pepper on the brisket and I add Granulated garlic (I get it at Sam's)
It's also one of those you might make yourself. Pepper and add your own garlic (salt, ground, powder, granulated)

Thanks for the advice. I am going to start cooking late tonight, so no time to go to anyplace online. Will put in some extra pepper go with garlic salt or powder.

Not many places sell whole briskets, but a local (fancy) market that sells the briskets also sells Spice Islands brand spices, and they had it!

I am able to get it at Wally World, Target, or just about any other grocery store here.

Steak seasoning works well (think montreal). It contains lots of pepper and lots of garlic.

Hey, I like that recipe.. Garlic, pepper, parsley.. NO SALT Wish I could find more like that.. and just add "salt to taste"

Well, the results were something in the incredible range!

I had only made ribs before in my CS, and this was a more major undertaking. Fourteen pound brisket was done in 13 hours and was nothing short of phenomenal!
